I took this photo on Tuesday night at Southbank in Brisbane. It was a rainy, stormy night, and the clouds were constantly breaking apart, then re-grouping before bucketing the city with rain. I got caught down by the river about half an hour after I took this shot, and had to hang around under shelter for nearly 2 hours waiting for the rain to stop so I wouldn't get the camera wet. I didn't get home that night until after midnight.
Anyway, the above shot was taken on top of the overpass at the cultural centre bus station, it's a 20 second exposure.

the lense used is kinda telephoto lense? im new and amateurish in all this camera things
i would like some advice in photo shoots if u have the time... cuz i see that u capture a wide area... is that the work of a telephoto? (is that the way its calld in the firs place?
