Awesome shot, i am def a sucker for long exposure shots. Great composition though and the water gives it great character.

Thanks! :) Yeah, the cars on the right lane were coming towards the camera, so the trails are bright white. The cars on the left were moving away from the camera, and the shot was taken near the end of the ramp, so the cars were braking as they prepared to turn, and I picked up their brake lights. I chose that particular angle because I knew that the lane with the bright white lights would be much stronger than the duller, red lights, so I offset the right lane with the relative darkness of the river. I think it's a pretty good balance.
