Another glass render, rendered in Brazil r/s and lit with illuminating cubes and skylight. No actual hdri map in this image, I like the clean look of the reflecting and refracting light cubes.
I had to render this image twice, I had it rendering on Tuesday night (Aussie time), and it wasn't finished before I left Wednesday morning, so I kept it going hoping it would be done by the time I got home that afternoon. Wrong! I got home and found that there had been a short, temporary blackout, and the computer shut off before I could save the completed file.
After a great deal of exasperation and swearing, I set it to render...again!
It finally completed this morning, after 14 hours rendering.
I pity the mouse inside my 'pooter that has to run on that wheel thing to crank out these renders.
