Collapse by Jason-C Collapse by Jason-C
Having fun with the Mass FX feature in 3ds max 2012. I constructed a giant tower of topmod balls and simulated it collapsing. Trust me, the balls went fucking everywhere. :hmm: Glad I don't have to pick them up since they don't physically exist.

Here's a viewport shot: [link]

Running of the (soccer) balls? :o
Nice job, and I get the feeling of the collapsing because of the stacking towards the back. I keep staring at the darker ones- they remind me of a shiny stone called Hematite, which I've taken a recent liking to.

Cool! I've always admired the results of 3ds max from afar! Never used it though! Great result ;)

Nice! Hopefully the Mass FX simulation is easier to use than the old havok interface. I always just ended up using realflow for that kind of stuff cause I could never get it to work using Max.

I found it quite easy to use. This tutorial is the best and easiest to follow I've seen: [link]
